What is included

• One personalized 9 × 12-inch calendar with 3 mm MDF construction.
• 24 individually opening numbered doors.
• 24 acrylic ornaments in total, approximately 1.8 inches each.
• Your chosen photo and personalized festive artwork printed on the front.

Choose your personalization package

Select up to 4, 10, 14 or 18 custom photo ornaments, or all 24 custom ornaments. Every package contains 24 ornaments in total; remaining compartments contain classic Christmas designs.

A December tradition

From December 1 through December 24, open one door each day using its semicircular pull notch. Remove the ornament inside and hang it on the tree.

Photos and ordering

1. Select your Custom Ornament Count.
2. Add the requested personalization details and photos using the product-page upload options.
3. Provide one photo for each custom ornament in your selected package. Use clear original images with space around the person, family or pet.
4. Wait for uploads to finish, then check your selected package and add to cart.

If no photo-upload option is available, contact Famiily Shop support before ordering.

Please note

Photos may be cropped or have their backgrounds removed to fit the contour-cut shape. The final ornament shape depends on the subject and photo composition. Colors may vary slightly between your screen and the printed gift.

Allow 2–5 business days for production after we receive all required personalization details and usable photos, followed by an estimated 3–8 business days for shipping. Cancellations and replacements

Request cancellation within 24 hours of ordering. Report a defective, damaged or incorrect design or size within 7 days of delivery. Personalized products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. See our Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy.

Choose a clear, well-lit original photo. Keep important faces and details visible, with some space around them. Avoid blurry screenshots or heavily filtered images.

If your gift has a photo-upload field, add your image there and wait for the upload to finish. Check your selected options and the product details before adding to cart.

Production takes an estimated 2–5 business days after we receive complete personalization details and usable photos. Standard shipping then takes 3–8 business days, for an estimated total of 5–13 business days. Fast Shipping, where available, takes 2–5 business days after production, for an estimated total of 4–10 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
