How do I personalize my gift?
Open the product page and follow its personalization options. Some items accept a photo, others offer names or design choices. Available options are shown on each product.
When will my order arrive?
Production takes 2–5 business days after complete personalization details are received. Standard shipping then takes 3–8 business days (estimated total: 5–13 business days). Fast Shipping, where available, takes 2–5 business days after production (estimated total: 4–10 business days). Weekends and public holidays are excluded. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Please order early for Christmas. See our Shipping Policy.
Where can I get help with my order?

What if there is a problem with my gift?
Report a defective, damaged or incorrect design or size within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and clear photos. Personalized gifts are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing an order. Read our Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy.
