Make it yours: Upload one clear original photo showing the people or pets you want included. We cut the printed acrylic around your photo; no name, year or address is needed for this design.

• Flat, 3 mm clear acrylic with a single-sided full-color print.
• Contour cut to the design, with a red hanging ribbon included.
• Choose 3.5, 4.5 or 5.5 inches, measured along the longest edge; ribbon excluded. The shape determines the final width and height.
• Printed shading creates the appearance of depth. This is a flat acrylic ornament.

Made to order: Production takes 2–5 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3–8 business days after production; delivery times are estimates.

Standard shipping then takes 3–8 business days, for an estimated total of 5–13 business days. Fast Shipping, where available, takes 2–5 business days after production, for an estimated total of 4–10 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Please order early for Christmas.

Cancellations & replacements

Request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. Report a defective, damaged or incorrect design or size within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and clear photos. Personalized gifts are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Contact support before sending an item back.

Choose a clear, well-lit original photo. Keep important faces and details visible, with some space around them. Avoid blurry screenshots or heavily filtered images.

Use the upload field for your selected gift and wait until the upload finishes. Check the photo and your selected options before adding to cart. For an Advent calendar, use the separate Inside and Cover photo fields as labelled.
